I think vince and bush are on to some thing I've also never had any problems w my powder sticking, so I went and looked to see why and if I could pass that along. But when I wiped a fine black powder came off so bush's and mine are probably seasoned w graphite the coating the powder companies use that vince suggested. I'm not a clean freak so just about everything I own is "seasoned" except the bores of my rifles.
