I dont believe the kiwi's have road trains, the place isnt flat enough.
They may have B doubles which is roughly 2 trailers.
Elvis will correctly shortly if I'm wrong.

I thnk Pete is right...B Doubles might be the biggest needed in the Land of The Long White Cloud (NZ).

That is certainly beautiful country Elvis...now all ya gotta do mate is organise some hunting and fishing access mate.

I was just in a plain Jane 8 axle truck with 8 axle trailer. we have B trains which are 2x articulated trailers behind a prime mover..otherwise known as truck/tractor unit with turntable on back. and very very rarely an Atrain which is a tractor unit with artic trailer with standard trailer behind that.
hunting and fishing access is simple enough.park on side of road and start!!!

The screen on the front helps protect against stones being thrown into the windscreen and also locusts...well sorta with the locusts.

You guys crack me and Elvis up! That's good old NZ for you, she's a beautiful country, yep that's a sandfly catcher, he should post you some pictures of them once they're stuck, he probably has a baseball bat or ball peen hammer to take care of the ones that are still alive. They have been known to carry off dogs and small children.
As far as multi trailer rigs we only go 2 trailers here, it's the Aussies that do Road Trains . They are a sight to see especially through the Northern Territory and Western Aussie, up to 4 trailers and an open road speed limit of 130 km/h.

ok, radar, laugh it up why don't ya, mate. I thought it was a reasonable question. Here is the size of the sandflies in Texas. I'd thought they would be the same size in same size downunder in AUS and NZ.

Not friggin likely...dont think his patrol car can swim across the Cook Straight for one thing and I DONT break the law for another...well sometimes hours may get "tweeked" a wee tad but I dont speed or drive in dangerous manner..in fact Ive been told I drive like an old Grand Dad!!!!

our sandflies although vicious and bloodthirsty they arent quite as large as your lot Embarassed

infact they are a mere 3-4mm 1/8th" Confused

the screen is to help stop stones hitting and breaking/cracking windscreen. with lots of road repairs/road works and shingle/metal/gravel roads it is a real hazard and 2-3 years is an old windscreen.
