To add to your commintary on the .30-06, Dimitri. This calibre is very popular in Europe also...For the same reason as it is here and that the M-1 in .30-06 freed most of Europe...Ask Gen. Patton when you see him next...

Yup Bushmaster but alot of people still use the 8mm Mauser and the like thanks to the Germans and there mausers chambered in it Smile

No harm done guys , just want to keep it friendly here , you will see that I like stirring the pot myself , especially when Pop is in the cauldron .. Just dont want to see anyone getting angry with one another ..
On another forum we had people who wouldnt join because they saw posts where it had really gotten out of hand , and we never know who is reading this stuff ..

I hoped this thread would die down a bit but much like Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys fans, arguments can take a negative turn pretty quickly. I dont ever want anyone who visits to ever feel uncomfortable or offended by something posted here.

Its time to reign this thread in and move on to other more interesting topics... like how bad the Arizona Cardinals are. Very Happy
