See? Aint sterile. Gets used- a lot. Stuff hours out so- needs replacin' before it goes BANG and gets $$$$. Don't need no reloading center around this action.

Hey Stovie, how about a picture of that light-bulb under your reloading bench?

I like the mugs bushmaster. I gotta find some of those for mer reloading bench decor. Oh also I am considering getting a Lee Reloader single stage press and was curious if anyone is familiar with them. I just want to make sure that the $40 is worth it or should I bite the big one and spend the extra money to get something better. I am also considering getting gettting a Lee 4 Hole Turret Press for my .357/38spl only. Anyone have thoughts on that? I also would like to know if anyone has a Lyman Tmag as I obviously do and I was wondering if the Lyman T-Mag 2 Turret Press Turret will work with my classic Tmag? I would think so but I want to make sure before I purchase one.

I am in the process of adding a Lee Load Master to my bench so it's a huge mess right now. But I can see the counter top in a couple places. As soon as I get it cleaned up I'll post a couple pics.

My youngest (22yrs old) is getting into hand-loading and we bought him a lee challenger single stage press (X-mas) and I think its a good press for the price. I started out with the pacific back in 1972 and still have it as you can see from the pics I posted. Then later on I went and bought the pacific dl-150 which I still have. Them old pacifics may be old but they were built like tanks.

tlo7mm. Mugs...Yes my wife bought those about a year after we were married and they have resided in prominant places ever sense.

Any of the "O" presses by Lee would serve you quite well. Do not get the cheap Lee "C" press. Especially if you plan on loading rifle cases.

Both presses on my bench are Lee cast iron (not aluminum). For the price they are hard to beat. Single stage press is not as fast as a turret and a turret is not as fast as a progresive press, but I'm not in that big of a hurry anyway. I much prefer quality over speed. Hell...I even weigh every powder charge before I dump it in a case and seat the bullet.

Others here may not agree with me on this and I have no problem with that at all.

Omini...Those old Pacific press were and are hard to beat.

I was considering a progressive press but I will most likely always weigh each charge as you said quality over quantity. I am not sure if I am going to get a turret press either as I already have my tmag but I thought I may get as much bang for my buck.

Bushmaster is right, nothing wrong with the Lee "O" presses. Very serviceable and worth the money.

Wiersy: Save this link for when you get your LoadMaster. They are great presses and work quite well, but the instructions are sometimes a bit vague. The people that do these make life a lot easier on set-up!

tlo- the press on the left on my bench is one of them lil LEE RELOADER presses. takes up ZERO room, works a treat. My "accuracy" 300 WM rounds come out straight as an arrow. I neck size them cases only. I imagine f/l size would put way more stress on it, but, I doubt it would flex. It's also nice to have as a seperate op station, like for my FCD when using my 3-hole progressive for example.

tlo- and for 5$ more than the RELOADER, LEE has a closeout special on this O-press.

I really like dealing with LEE. Super nice and speedy service. Wish they'd bring back the LEE reloader ball cap! I called and no dice. Sad

My dirty mess has been on here before but I've moved it to a nice cozy corner of the very small room to give the impression of more space....it works too. My latest, greatest new build on the bench, thumbhole stock, Mauser action, no bbl as yet. I miss the hidden light bulb Stovie....hhhhhmmm
