Anybody ever reload with this powder or had any experience with it?

I have a sealed 8oz tin of it in my powder safe and being the tightwad I am, don't want to see it go to waste. My intention is to use to load 12g Trap loads for the shotgun if it is suitable. I believe it is rated between the old Bullseye and Red Dot, so it should be suitable for 12g.

Barring that, I suppose I could look around for a collector who might want it for a collection.

Cheers, Vince

Your wife could use it in her flower bed as fertilizer

Vince, not quite the help you were looking for but we could not resist!

I can live with that Slim...I'm happy that you could get a chuckle out of it mate...I certainly did.

As an aside...the 8oz tin is still sealed (metal seal under the cap) so maybe it will have some sort of collector value over here...there certainly isn't enough to worry about doing any sort of load development, it would be all gone by the time I sorted out a load.

Cheers, Vince

I have data for Noble #0, #1, and #2 but nothing on #3

For info purposes only and for crying out loud don't extrapolate.

#0 is a 4350 TYPE.

#1 is a 4064 TYPE.

#2 is a 3031 TYPE.

This info came from an ammo/powder company in Canada run by the late Tom Higginson, and published in 1993.

Caution.....................Noble used #1 #2 and #3 designations for both rifle and pistol !!!

Vince is referring to Pistol #3
