Hello everbody-I finally got enough time to look at the board again-work and moving sucks!Sue;glad to see another oregonian-and a female to boot!Pt. Magu.............I was up the beach a bit at Hueneme for a short time then off to a lovely vacation spot called gtmo!Looks like your shooting is improving with each post,you just gotta love them savage rifles,I have a tactical that has still to have a round run thru the bore(time),but for my money-they seem to be the best bang for the buck right out of the box!And Bushy-Show Sue your picture with your hat off.......................I've seen that one! wtf

You might need a braid job tho.like Willie Nelson, now that would be so cool. HEY TRBLSHTR!!! thanks for the post. Was getting lonely in here. Port Hueneme (if that's spelled right I dunno) is where they had an all girl boat, complete with mens' urinals fashioned into flower pots (or so I heard). What a beautiful place too. I used to sit in the marina on my days off watching the yachties race out of harbor to the Channel Islands. Were you there just for a quick turn-around or did you stay very long? Yeah the Savage is my favorite, it's nice an light. Supposed to be good right out of the box but my scope wasn't level when I got it. That's alright I hunted and killed with it for about 3 yrs before I decided to sight it in. Now it's got re-loads to eat and I think it's going to get all it can eat. I found some Varget today to try out. Bi-Mart (not really a gay store) even had some primers.

Yea Bushy-that's the pic-gawd i'm goin to have nightmares for sure-a little ol grandad will help tho.Suzanne girl; I wuz just a seabee goin and doin,they said I needed some training so port whoneedsme was the place.I never heard about a womans boat there-but it does'nt suprize me.I got to shoot my first mattel m-16 @ magu back in 74',from then on that was all I ever "played with" till they let me shoot the m-14's onboard a LST,back when I got an amphib battalion in the gator navy.Bi-mart huh-never really thought of it as a gay place before-now maybe that guy in the cosmetic isle had better keep an eye on...............Bushy your hands are folded Embarassed

Port Hueneme...Yup...Been there...Done that. Worked for NAVSEA SupSalv ESSM contractor on base. Was there for 6 years. Lived in Santa Paula...

That "horiffic paint" as you call it (if you're talkin' about the desktop photo) is my Fox Trotter colt Country Frank's Zeus [Zeus for short]...He's a bit bigger now though...

Pt. Mugu was mostly civilian but that it made it all the better. Especially for lunch on the beach, I always made them smash the burger meat on the grill, till the fat ran out, and they had the greatest chili dogs, cheese, onions the works. I probably got such a rotten stomach from the coffee tho., you could get a huge one at the civi. chow hall and it was strong. Hey HunterJoe!!!! Now why did you call that a horrific paint? Looks lovely to me, it's the guy with his hands hiding something that I'm intrigued about. Whatcha got there Bushy? Actually looks like you have a grip on something..... I bet the Supsalv contractor was interesting work. I tried to get a civi job on base when I got out, but you had to wait for someone to die, before there was an opening.....takes too long.

This is just after I got out of the Navy.....oh to be so young again....wait a min. looks like I gotta grip on something....is that why I'm smiling? That was like about 30 yrs ago.....ok I'm gettin bummed now...I want it all back....ok really, I'll never show you what I look like now, you know like obituary photos are sometimes the younger version of the elder that passed on because they want to be remembered as they were in the height of living not the depth of ailments and sicknesses and struggling to smile through rotted teeth and hairy ears and.....stuff.....so this is how I want to be remembered....young,vital, all my moving parts working and well, really stunning.

Bushy, now I know why you don't look in any kind of mirros whether they're glass or polished stainless. That would scare the he|| out of me. Maybe even give my self a heart attack. I wouldn't want to look at that either. You're right Wiersy, that's scary. The horse looks better than him. scared

Suz, you're just the opposite, wow. C'mon now, show us a recent pic of yourself. We all need something good to look at after seeing Bushy.

Well Susanne-I just have to say that both of those pictures do you justice,the then ...and not so then!And whittling-you're just lucky to still have hair,mines been goin since I was 17 and that's nearly four decades of hair loss.Bushy-I won't even give another 2 cents worth on that photo!He//-I wish I even had that much gray hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
