My firearms only get it about once a year if that,I haven't shot many J bullets in years.

I just make my own copper bore cleaner using ACE Hardware 10% Janitors strength ammonia. I mix 4 parts ammonia with 1 part Kroil oil or just plain water and use it just like any brand name cleaner. Maybe not as fast acting but it does the job and only cost me about $5 to make a quart.

I thought my barrels were clean until I used this stuff

Boretech Eliminator every time I'm done shooting !!!

Some range sessions will have multiple cleanings.
Best part about this stuff, you can use it in the house and not get yelled at. Shocked

My daughter came over while I was cleaning my rifle after the shoot today. She said that the smell of the powder solvent and the smell of my coveralls were her fondest childhood memory. That was what "dad" smelled like.
Now I know why she used to watch me working on cars and cleaning my guns. At 38 she is still "daddy's little girl".
