First week on the new job done!!! I love this getting benefits and holiday pay from day one, how cool is that. In my first week there were a lot of firsts in the company. I made computers do things they weren't supposed to do both good and bad. Even the bad was good since it kept the techs busy! I had corporate stumped with a few questions. I even generated an airborn tank......for a couple seconds while the 'puter figured out what I wanted it to do.

An airborne tank - Isn't that an A-10? (Actually, I'd very much rather be in an A-10 than a tank.)

Time sure fly's on this job! We ran the killer tank exercise for a full day, buy the time I got blown up for the 5th time it was time to go home. Spent a lot of hours behind the controls running the system and never got bored once. I just love this job!

how goes the job now???
are you still finding new ways to torture the techs?
I got a new job too not as exciting as yours but great all the same. Im getting out of the city into a smaller town and getting away from dealing with general freight and going to drive a stock/bulk truck and even get to do some work with agricultural contractors. monday after next cant come quick enough. now to find a house and shift.

Congrats Elvis!!!
I love my job more every day. When we don't have training going on it's my duty to break things and find the flaws before the next training unit comes in. I built an exercise that mimics the qualification range for the M1A1 tanks and it was used this past weekend with great success. I did come up with some ideas to make it better though. On Tuesday we fly out to Yakima Washington for a week, it sounds like it should be really fun. In April I will be down in Tennessee for ten days.

working for woodleys in Geraldine driving a stock/bulk truck .
trying to find a rental house is plurry near impossible at this time but we WILL find one.
