It’s that time of year again blokes and blokettes.

Not only do we wish one another Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, we need to seriously consider touching base with those we haven’t heard from for some time, especially if they haven’t had a good year.

Most important thing about this post is the message to not forget our mates who we haven’t heard from for awhile...especially returned veterans. This year alone we have had 83 returned vets commit suicide as a direct result of PTSD from their time in Iraq and Afghanistan. A simple phone call may have helped prevent this from happening.
