Website bug fixes

Several existing bugs got fixed reciently:

1) The "duplicate" My Location field under User Preferences was fixed.

2) Spaces are now allowed in user names (contact me if you registered with an "_" to seperate spaces in your user name and want it changed back... I think I can do that).

3) I finally tracked down that stupid bright blue that would show up in a few of the forum menus (example: the Reply menu) and fixed it.

New bugs I've noticed: On a few menu table headers some of the art has a white border around it making the graphic look smaller (the header on the "Most Recient Posts" on the main menu for example). I'll try to track that down but initially it looks kindof obscure.
