Hey Guys:
Got a hankering for a pair of 9422's. One in .22 LR and one in .22 WMR. However, through error of my own making, I ended up with TWO .22 LR. I'm looking to trade off one of them for a 9422M. Anybody got one they want to trade?
Tim

Here is what the 1975 model will do. This is a five shot group at 45 yards from a bench of course. This is as far as I can shoot in my yard.
I havent shot the later model yet as I saw it at a local shop and found out my wife went back and bought it for me for Christmas. So, I'll not be shooting it until after Christmas. It is one with checkering and appears new so I would guess it to be late 1980's to 1990's. When I get it, I'll check the serial number.

Would you consider a cash sale?

Hey Dad!
Long time no hear.
I'll sell one of them if I can find a 9422M to replace it. If you are interested let me see if I can pick up a 9422M and then I'll be ready to sell one of the .22 LR. So far all the WMR I have found are way over $700. I don't have but $625 in the 1975 model with shipping and transfer, and knowing my wife she probably talked the shop way down on that one too.
I'll keep looking if you think you'll want one of them.

After my wife allowed me to examine of the second 9422, I realized it was in pristine, un-shot, brand new condition. So, I have decided to hang on to it as an investment-type thing.
In the meantime I found a "Used-Like New" 9422M .22 WMR and bought it. So, I'm good. For now. Until another hankering hits. Or Chambered talks me into some useless gun or other.
Thanks guys.

A synthetic stock is also available.

Mr. Smiley says you need to send me one of those right now, in .260 Rem. Please make it in time for Christmas.
Dang you Chambered...you've done it again. I've even added that to my favorites.
Who in heck would want to replace THAT with a synthetic stock???!!!
