Anyone watch Steve Tyler of Aerosmith fame, destroy the National Anthem at Sunday night's game? www.bing.com/videos/se...FORM=VIRE1 He now stands neck and neck with the likes of Roseanne Barr in disgracing the Anthem and themselves.

What did anyone expect?? He cant sing, he screams. I cant believe anyone would expect him to do better than what he did. Now, they should have gotten Carrie Underwood to sing. That would have been good.

BB, the plane was too late...


but who am I to judge? Our previous Prime-Minister was asked to sing our national anthem and he sang the Marseillaise...
maybe that's why they gave away our banks and companies to France?

I couldn't agree more. Call me a punk, but when sung as it should be with respect for what it represents and reverence for those who died to preserve it, it brings a tear to my eyes as well.

I like him when he sings with aerosmith but he sure didn't do your national anthem any favours....radar
P.S. he'd been hung drawn and quartered here id he f...ked up the anthem or Haka here!!!!!

Many have tried and many have failed, but whoever sings our National Anthem who does so with no knowledge of our history and what our country truly stands for cannot do it justice and the worst singer who sings it with love and passion for our country in their hearts sings it truly and best.

I also like God Bless America, and some say it ain't over till the fat lady sings, I say the fat lady is the only one who should sing God Bless America. Please have a listen.

Irving Berlin wrote the song and gave all moneys earned from it by either Berlin or Miss Smith going to the Boy and Girl Scouts of America. That arrangement exists to this day. These organizations were chosen, to quote the contract, because "the completely nonsectarian work of the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts is calculated to best promote unity of mind and patriotism, two sentiments that are inherent in the song itself."
