I'm like you Vince, I hear the accent, listen to two or three words then it's F...K .FF yelled down the phone then I hang up. My wife just pisses herself laughing when I do it.
I should really keep a referee whistle instead incase one of the little bleeptards records me and makes a complaint for misuse of a telephone or trys to sue me for emotional harm....now wouldn't that be a laugh.

Haven't tried it but you would have to find a way to instal the net framework inside wine. I am using my old DOS software for ballistics. If you want to try to run it in DOSBox I can send you the software. It is not as pretty or full featured as point blank but it does all that is needed to keep records and give ballistics data. It even prints out range forms and blank forms.
Let me know and I can either email it in zip format or mail you a floppy or CD.

You can install .net on wine:
appdb.winehq.org/objec...n&iId=2586
Just be careful of the version number.

You guys are over my head...I don't know what a net framework is. O and I don't know what DOSBox is either. I'm just getting over the flu and I'm still nauseous....the name wine doesn't help either...Thanks for your trouble guys, I'm a bit out of it right now tho....I'll stick with the on-line stuff for now.
PaulS I used to have Windows on my puter but I got rid of it and so I don't have any way to even look at a program with Ubuntu, I'm not that versed in Linux to do it.
