Good stovey, you need to play Hooky more often, nice looking pick-up too.

Thanks boys! Appreciate the kind words.

And Vince yer right- pretty much spot on with that visual mate! They ran me ragged. Whomever coined the term "fair chase" nailed it with these critters! They educate fast, have a great personality when viewed up close, great tactics, fast feet and hit 40mph right outa the gate, and if there's wind forgetaboutit if they back flush!

All in all another wonderful hunt though with some damn fine eatin'. This is the stuff I live for.

Cheers everyone!

Removed the sway bar too in front now

stovey, glad you had a successful hunt! I'd put that sway bar back on just in case you have to do an avoidance maneuver. I took my front sway bar off my Dodge once, that was a mistake.

Trust me boys, on THIS truck you DO NOT need a front anti-sway bar at all unless you have a slip-in overhead type camper. W/o a front aint-sway bar it lets the pivot beams articulate a lot easier when off road. It actaully aids in the control you have off-road as the truck does not pitch wildly over uneven terrain and whoop-dee-doos, it's much smoother and flatter riding off-road w/o it as it lets the suspension be truly independant. It handles fine w/o it on pavement too. The rear has stout leaf springs and an anti-sway bar, that is plenty to keep it level in the corners on pavement. Not my first rodeo on this type of thing. Check out an off-road race truck with a king pin, pivot beam IFS front end- no anti-sway bar. As far as Mopars and Chevy's go- don't know what to tell ya there! YMWV Smile

10spot and I think alike- with our appetites! Go get sum and post 'em up mister! Very Happy

Check out the handling on wet pavement. Your backend may break loose too early. You will surely have your rodeo then!
