Obviously the trend of the future. You apparently are missing the whole concept...the threaded version penetrates deeper using the rifle's twist rate to bore in and the second example is to be placed exactly in the same hole to twist the first deeper. Genius! Wink

Really slow. Chicago wants to make all the rules as usual. It will be interesting to see how the courts react if nothing gets done by the deadline. As near as I can tell, if we don't get an actual plan in place, blanket CCW is in place. How that would work is anyone's guess.
