I really like having ducks around, but it seems like every time I do the hawks, owls, and a plethora of other critters kill them all. Maybe I'll try again.
This is probably only interesting to me, but I found a formula for estimating a trees age ( I really love my white oaks) and based on measuring the smallest of the oaks it's age came in at 220 years, wow that means it started growing in 1792. It's nice to have something here that's older than me.

Are you a leap year baby Bush-a-ma-toot? cause that works out to 17.5 if you're 70 (normal years) old. Are you left handed too? that would be cool, or pigeon-toed? that would make it hard to saddle-up....unless you did it cross legged (Indian style). Tryin to picture that doesn't work...
