Went out with John Gambino yesterday after noon. I saw this coyote a little less than a 100 yards out. He was moving in and out of the brush and tall grass. I moved up to where I would have a shooting lane. He kept going out I then put my foxpro on top of the truck. He didn't like the first sound so I changed it and he started looking back. Then I saw him looking back at me and let a 40 gr Nosler BT go down the tube at 4,000 fps. It found it's mark at 312 yards away. He was DRT. Had a good time shooting 22's as well. Thanks JG.

Its Texas... that IS the rainy season Wink

Back to the OP, looks like alot of fun! That there would net you $50 in my state due to the bounty program. Well worth hunting them.

We could use the rain for sure. But we live in the Chihuahuan Desert so we are used to it. Now for the $50 I would be rich man about now lol. I just leave them for bait.

Another damn fine job Clint. Maybe you could do a deal with Dallan to send the scalp or whatever is needed to claim the bounty mate. Very Happy Laughing

I was wondering that myself, i enlarged the image on both pics and it looks like his lower jaw is missing.

Are you talking about Elvis's Avatar or the yote with his tongue hanging off the side?

AH HA! I see it now... its like one of those picture illusions. His tongue is hanging over making his jaw look like its very short. LOL that's funny, several of us didn't see the tongue as it looks the same color as the dirt.
