kill shots

We had a great day Saturday. Dogs jumped 11 rabbits we killed 8, they ate 1, and the other 2 found a hole in an abandoned barn. Dogs were bloody and worn out after 4 straight days of running in those hills they looked pitiful. Gonna let them rest a couple weeks and work a pup before I get them back out, they deserve a break.

Great photos! What's with the deer head, a lucky find? Yeah those dogs do look a bit tuckered.

Thanks!! The head was found during the 5th race, my cousins step son was walking to a spot to stand so he could get a shot and came across it. I thought it was a really nice deer(as did they)but they said for around there that it was a small buck!

haha that truck is my cousins in the video during one of the races you can hear climbing up a hill with it in the background to rejoin the hunt(he had to leave for about a hour) hes fixing to put a big 3 stall dog box in the back of it to haul his coon dogs around in. The dogs didn't wanna pose lol they just wanted to sleep. The little bluetick that's looking at the rabbits barely stood still for that pic, she wants those rabbits, shes always trying to sneak a taste in or steal one from you!
