To begin with. You do not want to have your permit with your gun because if you reach for your permit it might look like you are reaching for the gun instead. Not good!
These are my "carry rigs" First are IWB holsters (Inside Waste Band). The second photo is my OWB rigs (Outside Waste Band). The "Little One" is my pocket or boot carry.
All the new fangled carry methods are pretty much BS.

I have to agree with you Bushy. Try to get at that gun in the video when in your car, or just sitting at a restaurant. You have to be able to get to your gun under any circumstances.

Yup...To draw with that rig you will have to stand up making you the first target.

Getting a CC holster that works for you is not easy to do. It takes time and trials (and errors). I like inside the belt but you got to remember you are wearing it when you drop trou in the public restroom. The sound bouncing off the tile floor is more than embarrassing.
