If you are driving in Florida and are stopped for a traffic violation, and the officer says get out of your car, it is just a wonderful idea to obey the order. You also might not want to continue talking on you cel phone. Unless you want to look like a big tuna on a hook, flopping around.

That's why I told all my kids if they were ever stopped by an officer, they were to do what they were told immediately, with no mouth.
We would sort it out later.

I used to work for an agency that defended police officers against what almost certainly would result from this encounter. With the video, we would win, depending upon the testosterone level of my boss and the Attorney General.
Would you believe I NEVER got in trouble for paying a claim, but the day the Governor had his cell phone stolen out of his official car (where was his security detail?), and I denied it because it wasn't covered, oh, boy! The Vigoro hit the mixmaster! But, I was right, and I never paid for it.

I suspect the deputy is the new pin-up on cop lockers everywhere.

I still wish he had been the cop McKinney beat with her cel phone, I would pay good money to watch that.
