You mean centemeters not milimeters. 1 inch = 25.4mm or 2.54cm Wink

And this should read:

3 feet = 1 yard
1 meter = 39.370" = about 3 feet 3 3/8 inches

I totally missed the mm and centimeter crossover
As for the .005" error - I don't care my tape measure doesn't read in thousanths but it lined up with the 3/8 mark. It must be off the .005".

Where are those smilies when I need them?

It's always great to see someone getting interested in the hunting/shooting sports. I see the guys have given you a lot of good advice and some new things to think about.
