I cant see why you wouldnt be able to eat possum, so why not.

Well, I've tried beaver (four legged), muskrat, and squirrel. I've been told that lynx is quite yummy, so what the heck, meat's meat.

If I'da known you wanted to try possum I'da saved all those possums I trapped at my job last summer befor I retired. 50 of them. (Damned ughly critters).

Heck I'd have no problem with it. I know that lots of Asian folks eat bugs - waterbugs, roaches, and even larvae. But over there theyre farmraised so to them they are not the "dirty critters" like we think of em. By the way, everyone I ever talked to says theyre delicious!
