ok the last i heard this bill was shot down in a big way but they are rewriting it and trying to bring it back just for philly area, not state wide. Alot of folks are saying well this is ok, its not at all in fact i think it is worse yet, if we give in an inch to this sort of thing then we lose. sure they couldnt take a big bite of the pie, but now they say a taste, next it will be another taste, then another, until the pie is gone!! yeah i have been accused of being a nutjob for my feelings on this but the freedoms i have i want to keep, even if i dont use them all the time, it is the point of having them!! time for another barage of letters and emails to the people who can change things fellas (and ladies).
