Where I live I deem it not necessary to carry. I leave that for my hunting outings only.

I'm always in favor of packing heat .It's just this age limit thing ...

There's this little thing called the law that needs to be considered. Actual hardcore criminals can get away with carrying a gun and usually only get a slap on the wrist or reprimand, but otherwise honest citizens that are caught carrying one in states without permits end up with maximum penalties up to and including serious prison time.

Nice choice we have...let's see, which do I want, not carry a gun and be at the mercy of criminals or carry one, get caught and sent to prison where I am at the mercy of criminals.

NC has both open and concealed carry. I have a gun handy about everywhere but work. But the company is sure that the 80 year old security guard monitoring the gate from 6 miles away, via camera, can protect me...

The law and shop rules tend to trump what I would like to do !!!

I carry concealed at home.
My bear-gun or my 605 go in pancakes and then on my hip.
I can legally carry concealed in my home/ protect my property. My garage is detatched and I don't live in the greatest hood aynmore. Use to be nice, but, well...won't go into that here.
My best friend is a tactic's coach, live 10 mins. from a range, I reload everyweek etc etc. I stay in practice with my rollers.

Nice thing is no one knows. Only the bear-gun prints "some".Yeh, some. (41oz unloaded)

I also take the 605 in my pack loaded with hot +P or .357mag when I go dirt biking in USFS areas. When I'm miles from anywhere, so is the other guy.

I aint always carrying, but, I aint always not.

If my eyes are open I'm carrying. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed and even then a gun is close at hand...KW ...It's called freedom and the right to defend yourself, family and property...

First of all don't have one to carry. Secondly, most people in this area to busy farming and makin a livin. Probably been a hundred years since anyone shot with a gun around here, bar hunting accidents. If it gets that bad I need to carry one, will probably start looking the doors on my house also. Tornadoes and 40 below is what most people worry about here.

In Australia, us the licensed gun owners are deemed to have bipolar mentality.
By having our guns handy we would then be dangerous
and would at any given time turn into a psycho mass murderer.

So in this Great Big Land Of Oz, only the criminals and the police are allowed to carry.

I have a CCW permit and use it. It is a 24-hour a day license. Take care...

It depends on where you live. I don't live where one needs to be very fearful but I carry anyway since the great state of Ohio allows licensed concealed carry and unlicensed open carry unlike states with more crime such as New York and California.

Well, apparently in this Great Land Of Oz the crime rate is very low and police are around every corners..
We cannot even carry a pocket knife, let alone a gun..
