I have had Dingo's Durango's, Tony Lamas, Justin's, and Ariat's, my favorites are my Tony Lama's. But like Bushy said they have to fit great right away.

I recommend a Quality boot that is comfortable to you the minute you put them on. A quality new boot does not, [I repeat], does not need to be broke in. It should fit and be comfortable from the start. There are quite a few brands out there that will fit your need. You need to look at why you are in need of that particular boot. What it is going to be used for. And whether you will feel out of place wearing it.

This is 100% the truth. The worst boots I ever bought (a certain brand startin with a "J" LOL) were uncomfortable from the minute I put em on. Thinkin they needed to be broken in I waited and waited. Never got any better. Since then I've learned that good boots can be comfortble from day 1. Got my square toe Anderson Beene for regular, got my steel toe redwing cowboy boots for workin, and got me some black Ariat ropers for a little more dressy. Still aint got into the fancy hides yet - plain ol cowhide leather works for me Very Happy
