...and had all of his weekends "organised" for the next month.

If we had someone stuff up like that, the RSM would get them into his office and say..."Pick a number between 1 and 12"...if the miscreant picked, say 8, then the RSM would reply..."You are the Duty Officer/SGT/NCO for the month of August.

They SHOULD be blanks...but even a blank at that range can do damage.
