Laser sites to be allowed for blind hunters?

I saw a program on the hunting channel tonight where a totally blind hunter shot a nice bear with a compound bow. He had a buddy up in the tree stand with him that told him when to draw and was looking over his shoulder at the pins and told him when to release. He or they made a great shot and he got the bear. I guess it was the blind guys dream hunt of a lifetime and they said at the end that this blind fellow had died from cancer since. But what a thrill it must have been for him to walk up and touch the bear he had shot.

Some have gotten off the subject of blind hunting. I know they go out with a spotter and all that but is it really safe?
