I just went to Wal Mart and checked out the sporting goods section and found a pair of deerskin thermal shooting gloves that were $16.99 and paid $4.00 on clearence Shocked

. I think they are Outers... but nonetheless they are pretty darn nice Cool

And i picked up some Federal Hydra-Shok ammo for $7 Jaw Drop

and they have a lot of ammo they are clearing out as well for shotgunners and rifleman.

Don't know if it's every wally world, but they have very good deals around this time (especially on ice fishing stuff) so ya may wanna check it out.

Aready do but most wally worlds here dont carry much. Canadian Tire is a real store for men. I mean tools, car parts, hunting equipment, fishing tackle and clothing. Cool

Wally worlds here carry almost nothing about hunting, small selectio of ammo and a small collectio of some hunting gear. They buy what they execpt to sell and not more by the end of hunting season and normally sell out before they can offer good deals Sad

Dimitri is right, they usually sell most of their hunting supplies by the end of the hunting season and don't restock it till the next fall. Except like he said for a small amount of ammo and I don't buy ammo except 22 rimfire. We just got a brand new Walmart here, they moved from the Mall and built their own store, and it is supposed to be one of the biggest in Canada and it looks like the inventory will be handled about the same way. There is little to no hunting supplies right now. By the way, they just got their fishing supplies in. Smile

I figured you two would chime in on this one.....but seeing how you have limited (because of laws) selection of guns and ammo i do believe if it were like that here......the same problems would arise Sad

Hmmm??? I mean geeze, a "real store for men" is wal mart.....Because where else can i grab a bite to eat at the subway sub shop inside, grab pet food, ammo, hooks, lantern, air freshener, rug, light bulbs, denatured alcohol, epoxy, thermal underware, and a hooters calender all in the same store? Very Happy
