Perhaps the best way to get a Savage action for a custom rifle would be to locate a rifle on the used gun rack and go from there. All the best...

Check with www.gunbroker.com

Under "Firearms" "Bolt Action" Then type in "Savage" in the "Search" window. Lots of them there in all calibres...
