New Boots

Harry and Marge, a retired couple were on vacation in Wyoming. Marge decided to stay in the hotel room while Harry wandered around town.

He was walking by a store window when he noticed the most beautiful pair of cowboy boots he had ever seen. He had always wanted a pair of cowboy boots and these were perfect! So, he bought the boots and put them on right in the store and wore them back to the hotel room.

Walking in, he says "Marge!, do you notice anything different?"

Marge looks him up and down, "No", she says.

A little put out, he goes in the bathroom and rolls his pant legs up. Coming back into the room he asks "Do you notice anything different now?"

Marge looks him over again and replies "No".

Harry is enraged now. He goes in the bathroom, takes off all of his clothes, puts the new boots on and walks back into the room. "Do you notice anything different NOW?" he asks.

Marge looks him over and says "No, Harry. It was looking down yesterday, it's looking down now, and it will probably be looking down tomorrow"

Harry yells "AND DO YOU KNOW WHY IT'S LOOKING DOWN MARGE, IT'S LOOKING DOWN AT MY MY NEW BOOTS!!"

Marge sighs " Should have bought a hat Harry, should have bought a hat"

I don't know. A rather expensive big black Stetson...Goes with my suit...And boots...They don't work either...I think every part of me retired at the same time... Very Happy
