Hi
Lol - ANY day you end up hunting (okokok - or fishing, too) is a good day.
Are you of the kill 'em and cook 'em school, or of the shoot 'em and boot 'em? (I lived for one whole summer on rabbit and groundhog. Ammunition cost less than groceries and didn't need refrigeration. I'd have taken squirrel, too, but with me, there's always been a big difference between HUNTING squirrel and GETTING squirrel.)

Oh damn. Forgot that I cleaned out my computer and ran all the tests and forgot to login here. That's my post just above this one. Better hurry before someone posts between this one and that one...

Tha' names Joe... shrpshtrjoe
Joe,
Regretfully, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but from the looks of that poor ol' Savage, it's completly worn out. It may even be dangerous to shoot! Ya' need to dispose of it quickly.
Being the nice, helpful and courteous feller I am, I will gladly get rid of it for you... and not even charge a fee.
Just send it my way. Postage paid of course...
Seriously, good shooting, Sir!

Joe,
I’m always willing to help a friend!
I figured you would like that Savage, hard to beat.
Keep after 'em,
Chet

Always good to have friends Chet. Ya that savage shoots better then i can shoot it. I haven't fine tuned a load yet and it shoots 1/2 moa @ 100yds 90% of time with 26.5 grains of Benchmark and the 50grain nosler balistic tip if i played with the seating depth a little it might get better but for what i use it for i realy don't need it any better. The hay fields are cut maybe i will get lucky this weekend.
Joe
