Mines a Remington model 788, but I'm sorry Bushy they don't make them anymore and they are very accurate rifles. They were cheap but the reason they quite making them was because they couldn't sell the higher priced lines cause these were so good. That's the way the story goes.

Normally I use a Rem 700 in 222 when calling coyotes but just bought a Remy model 7SSLS 22-250 for groundhogs. Started working up loads, interesting cartridge. Very Happy

OK...22.250 it is. Not a bad choice at all, has to be better than a .223!!

Holy Sh++...I've been way of topic...Sorry about that...I use 32 grains of W-748 in my varmint rifle...All in Remington or Winchester cases...CCI primed...Works very well against varmints and other vermin....

Yep.......... this is the reloading section Shocked

I use 39.0 gr W-760 or 36.5 gr Varget in my varmint loads with Federal or WW cases and CCI primers.
