So I took the plunge. Got it in 22lr. Two weeks to first shot. I do not have a good picture but this one from a online store gives you an idea of its lines.

Way to go! Keep us posted on how you like it. If you find that the trigger is not to your liking, take a look at www.yodaveproducts.com There is a simple kit for about $18 that quite a few people on the various CZ boards praise.
Enjoy!

Thanks guys. I will give a range report as soon as I can get away and it isn't blowing hard enough to push those light bullets 90 degrees off course. CZ gives the barrel a standard 1-16 twist, the same as my Savage 64 TR-SR but the Savage has an 18.5 barrel and the CZ 20.5, so it will be interesting to see which of my favourate rounds performs best.. Currently the best of the lot in the Savage is CCI Mini Mag. Reality is I have 3000 rounds of Winchester and Blazer. Going to have to use them up no matter what works best.
Vince, I must try the Federals you recommend. Hopefully they are available locally.
SSL, I will have to find that trigger in Canada as it falls under the US export restrictions :-(

I just put the 455 Varmint on layaway. I know, I'm old fashioned. I just don't like using credit for such things. Now that I sold my little Ruger I have some gun cash available.

Darn, I never gave that a thought. I'm sure you can find it somewhere. I watched a YouTube on installing...looked pretty straight-forward.
