I machined a few stamps on a sheet of metal over the weekend.
Today when detaching them, the timing belt on the CNC slips and the machine wipes out the job just like that.. Mad Mad Mad

Got to redo everything.. argh!!

well we have major flooding up north and heavy snow down here with a -9 frost due tonight....something going on....might as well blame it on the moon.

Well starting this Friday we are going to experience global warming locally. Three digit temps for 5 to 7 days. There goes the potato crop!

It's a bugger loosing all your work Gelan, but at least the machine, and more importantly you, is OK mate. You got an excuse to sit back with a beer and supervise the CNC this time mate.

Yeah...I'm starting to feel the cold a little Tiks...actually put a jersey on with my shorts instead of a t-shirt today.

Yes, but only the roots bake- it looks a lot like water damage except they're shriveled and mushy. The potatoes seem to be fine. They are just very small (between golf ball size and tennis ball size. But once the plant on top dies you have to harvest what you have.
