My knives goes from $300 upwards, the most expensive so far is a 14 inches long stainless kitchen sabatier style knife made of RWL34 Damasteel, and that one goes for $2500. The material cost $25 for every 10 mm

Those prices are higher than our gun shows!

Actually my prices are about average for Aussie makers.
You got to remember that currently one US$ can buy 1.5 AU$
So AU$300 is about US$200

gelandangan,
Custom knives are expensive and usually well worth the money.
From what I've seen of your knives they are functional works of art.
You know that a knife is over priced or under priced if it doesn't sell.
I doubt you have had any that didn't sell so your prices are in the ballpark.
After I finish the stainless dagger I am working on I would like to make a more functional skinner from BG-42 or W-2.

I don't make them to sell but just for me to use.

Paul, I do find it difficult to stock knives since all of them usually sold right away.
As said earlier, my prices are about average of custom job in Australia.

Nowadays, I focus more on stamp making rather than knife making and I only made up to 6 knives a year compared to about 250 stamps.
I have a lot less competition in stamp making since it is a niche market with a lot less makers around.
