It was a normal sized Grayhound bus, not a short school but or similar.
This size:
When I said "LONG" I ment the trip, with the normal delays a trip from Thunder Bay to Toronto by plane is 2 hours, but the Grey Hound is what 20 hours or so I seem to recall.

I was infering you are riding a short bus, you know for the slower kids, or window lickers if you will... I always bust on my daughter cause she rides a lil bus, and she has an IQ of 157, is 17 and dont go to high school no more but directly to the community college here! the school dist. pays for it all too, so...

Morax,
Sounds like you have a smart daughter. A IQ of 157
Never did a IQ test myself, closest thing to a IQ test is the CFAT (Canadian Forces Apptitude Test) which I'm not allowed to talk about but I did manage to get enough that I qualified for anything you can join for.
I went on a short bus before, out here if you live in the country unless your on a main road and in a town they use small busses so they can pick up all the kids faster.

Morax,
She wants to be a doctor, thats a good field. Being in the Airforce as a officer is probably good pay too.
So what she is learning in college now ??

Morax,
Yes I know what you mean I'm going into machining a hands on type job. Personally you couldn't pay me enough to sit behind a desk from 9 to 5.
Just think of it this way, your daughter might be bugging you about the homework she is doing but most people probably dont know what it is anyways, ( Calculas is that class I dropped out after 2 weeks in highschool I hate dealing with "funny numbers and letter" equations, I'm a trig type of person. ) but in a few years once she starts a family she'll be comming back to you asking for advice that books don't teach about (life) which you already know like how to raise kids and similar things.

There are 5 or 6 of us that get together every year to hunt Pronghorns in eastern Montana, but we just camp together. Most of us head out alone to hunt.
Except for guided hunts to places like Africa or Canada, almost all of my other hunting I do alone. This included three (successful) Bighorn Sheep hunts and a Mountain Goat hunt that I did alone. I used to have horses, and that made it easier for hunting in the back country, including a solo hunt for a Moose that I shot 3 miles from my truck.
