Just a quick note alot of you may use stickers on your reloads to identify them. I put the computer printer to use with prescored business cards, 10 cards per sheet (81/2 x 11) as I use both plastic and cardboard shell boxes the cardboard ones have a styrofoam insert (from MidwayUSA) it is an easy way to keep track of the loads and they have room for any remarks or notes on them. Besides the information being stored in my ballistics program I have the card which can be stapled to a target yes I keep my targets to track any changes made in loads. If you don't want to have to open the box to see what the load is scotch tape it to the box for easy removal cost about $4.00 per thousand cards print em as I need them. Load date, case, powder charge, powder, bullet mfg, bullet weight,COL,primer etc. with room for notes..............

The larger peel and stick mailing labels work without scotch tape or the old fashioned masking tape !!! Shocked

That is a good idea Savagenut. I have been printing the data out onto an A4 sheet and breaking out the old fashioned scissors to make them the appropriate size.

Will definitely look at this one.

Eric....I used to use masking tape, but I found the data would actually rub off the tape fairly easy, and in the heat out here the tape adhesive would go all gooey and then I'd have a bloody mess. Mad Laughing

I've got a couple of "Handload information" forms I made for WORD. One gets 20 to a 8.5 x 11 sheet, the other gets 9. I print them and cut with a cutting board. I'll stick them inside the clear plastic box with some tape, so I can read them through the cover.

That is what I did with my pistol sillouette load data and sight setting Gelan...although I used an Overhead Projection Pen. Its been on the box for about 20 years now and is still as good as the day I wrote it on there.

Its no extra work Gelan. We all have some sort of label mate, either hand written or printed. I was given a few plastic card holders, so I taped them to the inside of the box lid with double sided tape. I just slip the tag into that. Nice and neat and waterproof.

Ditto. I've been using Avery labels (from Walmart) for years. My word processor has a program that matches the various label sizes. Rifle ammo gets a larger lable and more info, handgun stuff gets a smaller lable.

The fact that it's all on a pre-prented lable helps me get ALL the relivant load data on the boxes with beter consistancy!

Interesting...I posted a message on here May 8th at around 0915 and it didn't stick. Lost power at about the same time and just got it back at 1430 10 May.

Will try again. Being cheap I use "costum cut" masking tape (I own a pair of scissors), black Sharpy and a educated ballpoint pen...(first photo)

Second photo was taken at 0912 8 May...Yup...That's 9:12 AM for you non-military guys. Just before I lost power and the storm struck...

BUT I'M BAAACCCKKKK......

Looks just like mind Bushy.

I leave the deep thinking on producing good, safe loads.

Masking tape leaves room in my brain to figure load drops etc. Very Happy Very Happy

That storm looks sorta nasty Bushy...not nice at all mate.

Oh well...at least your Sharpie and Ball Point Pen aren't electrically operated.
