Damm! What in the hell is happening to our society? Headline news this morning announced a mother has shot & killed her 10mt old baby, then gut shot her husband who is in intensive care, then crashed into a tree killing herself while making her getaway. The rifle used in the murder was found in the back of her car.

I find it hard to comprehend what would drive this women to commit such acts! I can understand the husband getting shot, but the innocent child is another matter! It goes against human nature for most women to commit such acts. The only thing that is different between the sixties & today, is the pressure & stress of modern living. A lot of it is brought on by trying to keep up with the Joneses. I also believe that the amount of violence we are bombarded with also contributes to an extent, as it desensitize the public against violence.

Cheers erny.

Actually it is quite normal - It is called "Post Partum Depression" and has been around for millenia. external stimulus exaggerates the depression. Killing of children to "protect them" and spouses as the one to blame is the "normal" outcome. This is one of the reasons that "wet nurses" and nannys were used by the rich. It removed the stresses from the mother and she got through the depressive period.
The sad thing is that there was nothing of more importance than the story of this sad effect for the news to report.

Normal? "Post Partum depression". Yes, but killing the baby and wounding the husband? No...Yes...All women go through Post Partum Depression, but very few kill because of it.

The only reason that I can see that you might be single [still] is either you are too ugly or too broke feeding those BFG's

Actually, many animals do it as well, they will kill (many will eat the babys at the same time) to project the young. They know it came from them, so their mind is hardwired that if they eat the young, they will regrow and be safe the next time.

Being still single, and being still single are two different things. One is without female companionship and the one is without commitment in the relationship with the girl. You got to make it clear what still single your talking about.

"Being still single, and being still single are two different things."

How's that again???

Either way, it's a lot cheaper than being single after being married.

I am dating girls but I just have no intention to have a relationship with them. So I am single still.

But you can be single and not be seeing anyone.

Too damn bad the B!tch didn't pull the trigger on herself first!! Why do they have to take others with them??? Sad

Apparently she did pull trigger on herself..
But whether before or after the baby is shot no one yet have this answer.

I would not jump to the conclusion that the woman is at fault, at least not until I got all the facts.
She may be in an abusive relationship and trying to end it in a spectacular way..
In regard to the part where the baby was shot,
I feel that oftentimes the gene contributed by certain individuals are better disposed off..

Tragic situation..

While i can see where you are coming from mate, i don't think domestic violence is the cause as according to an update tonight the police said they had been divorced for 6mths, and also claimed that it had to do with a custody battle. But who knows the real truth, better to wait until all the fact are in before judgment. But having said that i can categorically state that the one person for sure that is innocent is that baby. It breaks my heart to think that a baby can suffer such violence!

Cheers erny.
