Brenda and I would both love to have one as a pet, but unless we can find a den that has some baby's in it, it's just not gonna happen.

We have a family of 3 on our lease. I've only seen them at night. I hope you tan and save the hide. I can give you a suggestion on who to go to if needed.

I do my own hide tanning using Borax.

That cat looks pretty domesticated now. Not sure how good a pet it would be.
You can tame and acclimate the kittens but you can't domesticate them.
They are wild animals with very strong instincts. They will always want to hunt and they always work to find a mate.

It take far more work and chemical solutions than what I am willing to sit here and peck away at the computer!
Lot's of things to consider! Hair on? Hair off? Soft and supple! Stiff?
