there is a difference between vodka and slivovitch...
a bigger difference than between our old and young "jenever" which are both produced of grain. (vodka: grain or potatoes, slivo: plums)

but at the end lot of these things do have the same effect: the minute you think they don't taste that bad at all, it's going wrong and you might lose control over your legs... and your legs is 1 thing, your bladder is more ennoying...

Loosing control of your legs is maybe not such a big problem, so long as you have a mate there to look after you. Loosing control of the bladder could be rather problematic...and even your best mate wouldn't help ya there...just sit back and laugh... Haha The worst thing is loosing control of ya belly...when ya belly says 'enough is enough, too much in here, time to evacuate, everybody and everything OUT, NOW'...that's when things get very VERY untidy.

Too b ad I didn't read this earlier.

There are substances that, research (PubMed) shows can clear anyone's arteries of calcium plaque. Type in:
Pomegranate juice carotid artery stenosis 3 year study

READ THAT EVERYONE ! POM does what medical science says is IMPOSSIBLE and PubMed research PROVES it!

Serrapeptase can clear scar tissue and dead protein cells wherever they may be, arteries are one place ;-)

Vitamin D3 in dosing at 1,000iu of D3 per 25 lbs. of body weight per day.
(Look it up )

Ubiquinol for the heart ! CoQ10, if you are under 50 years old. Start at 100 mg.

Vitamin K2 mk 7 prevents atherosclerosis (plaque in artieries) PROCESS AND BUILDS STRONG BONE INSTEAD of building bone in our arteries.

D-RIBOSE Energize your Heart Save your Life !

Copy and search the sentence above to LITTERLY SAFE YOUR LIFE !

Go to LEF.org (no charge for services !) and research your medical condition by typing a condition into search box with this year date and hit enter. On next page choose MAGAZINE, pick the article that most interests you and describes your concern.

Did all those things during the year I waited, don't know that they had any effect cause I did not get better, I suspect that I was too far gone and earlier intervention may have helped.

Well, I had a heart attack November 1st 2009.

I was driving and felt like hot water was going through the arteries on my arms and across my chest. I started to get tunnel vision with blackness as the tube.

I was able to get into a nearby shopping center and pull over in front of a Food Lion. Called the wife, very carefully (I was near blacking out and KNEW I couldn't walk and to try probably would have killed me) and told her to call EMS with another phone, which she did.

IMPORTANT PART: While I was waiting I managed to get around 5-10 grams of D-Ribose in my mouth and let it dissolve. (THAT SAVED MY LIFE !)

It took the EMS 15 minutes to get me and check me out before they decided to transport after getting vitals and me in the bus.

Another 15 minutes getting me to the hospital.
Another 15 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong because my vitals were PERFECT normal 111/71 -71 pulse.
Doctor comes in and tells them to get EKG, they do, doctor comes pack and says,

"You have a 100% blockage to your LAD artery and about 15 minutes to make a decision to sign these papers right here".

I did.

NEXT MORNING:

Doctor comes in as I wake up (after nurse alerts him :-)
and tells me,

"I put a 4 link, 25 year drug eluting stent in your LAD artery. You had a 100% blockage in your LAD artery for nearly TWO HOURS and you have (stutters) no damage to your heart muscle...What little you do have, I am sure you will be just fine".

I found out what a miracle that was a year later from the technician that assisted my surgeon in stent placement, who was in AWE of my health and good fortune of knowing about D-Ribose (That you can get ANYWHERE they sell supplements only (meaning not CVS RiteAid etc.), VINCE :-)

I found out about it from a magazine I get, but the information is free on the internet. Search for the article:

D-Ribose: Energize Your Heart, Save Your Life

That is the article I read 4 hours before I had my heart attack that REMINDED ME (because I read it several times before and used ribose for energy that's why I had it in the car with me when I had the attack.

Do you have a health column?
I am NOT selling anything, btw.
I had to fix my wife and I did because since 2007 most of the research studies with the ROOT CAUSES of most all of our chronic "disease" has been documented in clinical research and nobody can get rich on NATURAL SUBSTANCES, that have to BE NATURAL to work ;-) That's is another way to know it is the truth. If no one can get rich from the solution no one NEEDS to lie about it! To make MONEY people need you not to know about the cheap fix.

My knowing about D-Ribose COST the hospital and doctors TENS of thousands of $$$ in treatments I DID NOT NEED. They didn't want to know about it.

We have had some problems in the past with spammers making what appeared initially to be perfectly innocent posts that quickly turned into unadulterated SPAM. There are a number of us keep a weathered eye open for spam and quickly deal with it now.

However, no worries mate. I can see now from your posts that you are not a spammer mate. Enjoy The Nut and feel free to jump in with your knowledge and experience mate...and watch out for Suz, a wonderful lady, but when she's on a rampage she swings a mean switch. Most of us know the way to the 'safety ladder' and there's always space at the top. Hiding Very Happy Very Happy Cheers
