The Maori Land Owners have cancelled the Lease that Christine and Arthur had for 23 years on the East Taupo Trust land.
That is effective at the end of this year.

Whats even more interesting is that they have installed one of their own people to take the lease over, there is all sorts of inuendo and sorting the facts from the shite is getting hard to follow.
I for one have flown several times with ACT and they are probably the most experience bush pilots in New Zealand.
The New Zealand Huntnfish website is running several forums about it at the moment and there are some pretty upset people out there.
