My oldest son's last outing. The Silvers and Humpbacks are hitting.
Very nice Silver. One of several that day including a few Humpies.

Got a good run of Atlantic salmon on our river, mostly in the 10-15lb range. That's double last year's size(they were mostly grilse).
16lb sea trout caught on Monday too.
Not bad so far for a river that is 45' wide at most & all of 15 miles long.

Hey Mike. My son is 6' 2". That makes that salmon a big one (for a Silver). Seems fishing is getting good all over...Outstanding

Wonder if the larger than usual salmon glows in the dark...

You'll have'ta get him on the forum so I can check his credentials. Is he a wife beater? can't be without one. With his height I could out-run him easily, like a lepricon runnin in circles. Oh I'm too old for him anyway.....his friends would think I was his mom (except for the completion and short stature and slight accent and probably worse manners and unmistakable smell of corn tortillas and hauntingly slow deliberate speech) I like to fish tho!
