I received a "top to toe" pack for my 40th birthday and was wondering if you fellas overseas have this great concept? a 1 polarfleece beenie hat 2 a long sleeved fleece top 3 a fleece tee shirt 4 dryseat fleece pants 5 a pair of socks. all in NZ fern pattern camo. the basic idea has different versions but the items are pretty much the same lineup eg all you would wear for a day out with maybe a coat added. retailing for $99 - $200 NZ this is plurry good value and a great way to get your kit for minimal outlay.
we can get them in different camo patterns or plain dark olive, a kids pack with school sized back pack and binos and a womens pack with red fleece tops being cut for her figure Smile very attractive they look too.
If you havent got them locally let me know and I will find a web address for you to look into it.

Elvis,
I have a ridgeline camo and "normal" set of these and a sniper camo waterproof jacket.
The "normal " are good at motorcycle rallys behing Canberra in winter and also did a good job when I was a shivering mess after chemotherapy.
The camo set worked well last year, but as the weather was so miserable the deer decided to have the weekend off, I was warm though.
That fleece T shirt is the greatest invention for motorcycling since corners.
Good stuff at a reasonable price.

yeah those tees are great. I also have the super lightweight shirts they make with wee holes all through it for in the summer time. I live in those two shirts and the wife has trouble getting them off to go in the wash.

I too can vouch for this gear, Im a fully stocked Polar Fleece hunter but my branding probably goes mainly to "Ridge line" because I can't afford Swazi which is the best in the world Period! Made here in NZ.
My Ridgeline anorak is 100% waterproof in torrential rain for hours on end.
As Elvis says - the ducks nuts....
