Yeah, the Tikka T3 Lites go a bit over 6 pounds bare rifle weight, this one is right at 6 pounds with scope. My wife has a T3 Lite in 30-06, great rifle.

tcknight, I doubt the bolt will be milled for the locking safety if you bought it new in 2000. I believe the receiver is though. If you remove the bolt and look at the right side of sear assembly ... |
