Cartridge is based on 404 Jeffrey with a 2.65 case length.Looking for dies,reamers to build a rifle .Any help or info on where to get these would help greatly.Cartridge was by Pierre van der Walt.

Hello Mike ,
Not the same cartridge the 458 Express is built on the 375H&H case length 2.99"

The African Express on 404 Jeffrey 2.65 case length

Greg Duley from NZ Hunter magazine has a 7mm/404 he uses for loooong range deer .I guess most gunsmiths could point you in the right direction for dies etc. somewhere??? there is a service that will custom make dies if you send them a few cases to work from....

I have a set of reamers that Pierre Van Der Walt is pretty certain , is his design
