These 23 orders are WAY more mild than I had anticipated. And we still have hope of a stalement in our legislature - they are pretty good at producing that outcome.

So here in the US, our gun rights still have a chance to remain mostly intact. Several folks made cynical comments on this thread. But I looked at this as a win given how bad it could have been. In fact, if you just look at each of the 23 orders as written above - which ones do folks here think are 'over-reaching'.

They go hand in hand, the medical profession dont like guns and are devious pricks as well.
They screwed us over with a similar tactic and raised the medicare levy to pay for it.
"if it only saves one life" is usually the catch cry, as long as it doesnt effect their snout in the trough of public money......

Well, it looks like more than just the South is rising...
Makes me proud to be a cowboy - not a redneck.
The difference? A cowboy never goes looking for a fight but he never backs down from one worth fighting. A redneck, on the other hand not only goes looking for fights he fights just for the sake of fighting.

The oath discussed in Ominivision1's link is the same one that I swore to 5 times while in the U.S. Navy. For those that served for 4 years or less every time you re-enlisted you swore to it again.

I stand by it and live it to this day...

Only thing is bushy, they think they are above all that.
You on the other hand are expected to avow feilty to the realm and die in whatever cause they see fit.
Ask any of your elected "representatives" if they remember the oath they took and what it means.
I'd be interested in an answer.
