Holiday season...Bah! Humbug!! TV's messed up with Christmas programs. Radio plays Christmas music all day. Crowds everywhere trying to get Christmas bargins. AND it ain't even Thanksgiving yet...

I hope not, as it's for one reason only: commercialism, rather than the spirit of the occasion.
Black Friday is already here in the UK & mostly a con, with stuff cheaper at other times. |

It was a great day here. I got to go hunting this morning for deer. I didn't see one, not even a doe. I stopped counting turkeys walking by after 50. I concluded that must it must be a signal so shot one with my deer rifle. Got there and 2 were on the ground. I have enough for Christmas and Easter now. Happy Turkey Day!
