WOW…I’ll have to look them up. I’ve only ever tried something like rice wine once, or it might have been Saki, but I found it to have an oily sort of texture that I found unpleasant.

Something to ponder…our mate from Belgium, Aloys, sent me a couple of pics of a rather wild looking Rum from Austria. I think I’ll try to find a bottle or two out here in sunny Oz.
