Been awfully quiet on here... I survived the "Blizzard of '22, Part 1" last weekend. OK, only about 2-4" of snow and sleet, but the roads were pretty slick. The "gubmint" did the worst job of clearing the roads that I can remember. "Part 2" is this weekend, but I'm doubting we'll see much precipitation here. Looks like most of it will be freezing rain, east of me.

the opposite here Buddy...stinky hot days and nights...30 celcius in afternoon and maybe down to 10 overnight. the grass was burning off in heat then we got Glorious rain over night some 2" then back to hot again... Havent been hunting since new year as too busy working. fertilizer still going on as usual but harvesting of silage and now grain straw means management keep pinching the other drivers leaving me on me Pat Malone to get the hectares sown.
might take buddy out for a wander tomorrow.

Its been really cold around these parts, 18F most mornings. Not much snow, we did get a tiny storm rolling through last night, barely left a skiff. Oddly it raised the temps a little, its 33F right now.

Weather here has been good...reasonably warm days and nice cool nights. Biggest problem we have is we are all in isolation because our Grandson who lives with us has tested POSITIVE to the mongrel Chinese virus COVID, so no shooting or fishing for me.

They are saying that the volcano eruption in Tonga may bring global temps down a bit…or maybe not, depending on who you are listening to or reading.

www.ecowatch.com/volca...hange.html

I even read something that said this eruption could trigger a new ice age. Laughing Laughing
