#1: 30-30 Author: Dimitri, Posted: Mon Mar 13, 2023 2:25 pm ---- Might have to start reloading for the 30-30. Been very difficult to find ammunition. About the only one I regularly (every few months) seem to find is Hornady 160gr FTX which isn't a bad option but you know.
Anybody have any favorite loads?

The powder I use is an ADI powder, Benchmark 8208, and it is brilliant. It seems IMR list this powder as IMR 8208 XBR. Have a look at their load data and use it to develop a load. Oh, and I use Remington LR primers exclusively, and I also use the LEE Factory Crimp on all my rounds.

IMO it has to be the easiest rifle caliber to work with.
